Return Policy
At Madpotters, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our handmade products. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 2 days of receiving your order. Please read our return policy below for more details.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at madpottersbrooklyn@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the item. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Once we receive your return and verify that it meets the eligibility requirements, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus shipping and a 15% restocking fee. Please note that it may take up to 7 days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at madpottersbrooklyn@gmail.com. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the original item, and will send the new item to you once we receive the return. Please note that all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. There may also be a fee involved if the item being exchanged for is a higher value than the one being returned.
Some items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, including custom orders and personalized items. If your item falls under one of these categories, we will notify you at the time of purchase.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at madpottersbrooklyn@gmail.com within 1 day of receiving your order. You must provide photos of both the damaged item and the damage to the shipping box. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the item, and will either issue a refund or send a replacement item, depending on your preference.
Please note that all of our shipments come with a $100 insurance policy through USPS and your refund will not be issued until USPS has accepted the insurance claim.
Some items may be marked as "final sale" and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If an item is marked as final sale, we will notify you at the time of purchase.
